These terms and conditions govern your use of our website – www.justlikewendys.co.uk.

Please read these terms in full before you use this website. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, please do not use this website. Your continued use of this website confirms your acceptance of these terms.

Website Orders

When you place an order we will require your name, address, email address, telephone number and payment details. Without this information we cannot process your order.
An email confirmation will then come through to you, to acknowledge we have received your order. If for any reason we cannot fulfil the order we retain the right to contact you to issue a refund. We may also need to contact you via telephone if there is a problem with your order. We may pass on your telephone number to our couriers in case they need to contact you regarding the delivery of your order.

We may be unable to fulfil your order due to the product being out of stock or your payment method being declined. You will be notified by telephone or email if this issue was to arise.

You will be notified via email to let you know that your product has been dispatched.

Your delivery will be attempted once, if you are not in you will be emailed and left a card to arrange the redelivery of the items. If you do not arrange the redelivery after 3 working days the items will be returned to us. There will be an additional cost to you for us to then redeliver the items again.
Once your order has been delivered the contract between Just Like Wendy’s and yourself has been completed.

We reserve the right to refuse orders.

Cancellation

You are entitled to cancel your order no longer than 14 days after you receive the products.

If the item has been delivered please follow the procedure set in our Returns Policy. Please note, we reserve the right to refuse refunds if they are not in their original packaging.

Prices and Product Descriptions

All prices are in GBP and include VAT.
We take good care to ensure product descriptions and prices are kept as up to date as possible. However things may be subject to change without notice.

Stock levels are updated at regular intervals, which means sometimes products can go out of stock during the time you place your order and when we fulfil the order. If this were to happen we will be in touch with you as soon as possible with an alternative item or will refund your money.

Payment

Payment is taken at the point of order.

All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rates. The total cost of the order includes delivery unless ordering internationally whereby you will be contacted to pay for the cost price of the shipping.

Credit / Debit Card

You confirm that the credit/debit card used for payment is your own which will be subject to validation checks. If the card issuer does not authorise payment to us, we will not be accountable for any delay or non-delivery.

PayPal

You confirm that the PayPal account used for payment is your own and the bank account linked to your PayPal is your own. If PayPal does not authorise payment to us, we will not be accountable for any delay or non-delivery.

To be able to shop with us you must:

• Be over the age of 18
• Have a valid payment method
• Be authorised to use that credit/debit card
• Complete all compulsory fields on the checkout page

Promotional Codes

We occasionally offer promotional codes to discount items. Please note only one code may be used for each transaction. Codes are not intended for shared use. It is your responsibility to enter the promotional code at the checkout.

Just Like Wendy’s owns or has permissions to all the content on it’s website. You are allowed to use our website content for your own personal use. You are not allowed to use any part of the Website for commercial use unless you have our written permission.

You are not allowed to use the Just Like Wendy’s logo or marketing materials without our prior written consent.

Law

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any point.

These terms and conditions are governed by English law. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
